As a Partner Sales Lead with Syndeo, you will be pivotal in driving Syndeo’s go-to-market partner strategy. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, partner enablement skills and a sales mindset to succeed.
Acting as a sales specialist augmenting partner account management and new business development teams, you will bring knowledge and expertise of the Syndeo solution and value proposition to identified prospects and leads.
Develop co-branded enablement materials, including pitch decks, demos and case studies.
Sales & Pipeline Development : Build and nurture a sales pipeline of opportunities through partner collaboration, resulting in the closure of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) deals; Drive joint go-to-market strategies with partners, including co-selling and account mapping; Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and realistic forecasting through CRM tools; Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners, ensuring alignment of goals and regular communication; Develop and execute partner success plans to drive account growth and retention; Foster trust and collaboration with partners’ sales and technical teams; Work closely with Syndeo’s marketing, product development and customer success teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and develop strategic account plans.
Previous experience in a sales engineering or pre-sales role, ideally in a partner environment.
~ Deep understanding of SaaS solutions and the enterprise sales process.
~ A track record of achieving sales quotas and closing deals with enterprise accounts via partner sales.
