This is an exciting time to be joining the Estates and Facilities Department at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Trust as a Security Team Leader.
We now have a vacancy working as part of a team based at Fairfield General Hospital, Bury. Hours are 37.5 per week / pro rata - 12-hour shifts working days, nights & weekends on a 4 on 4 off rota.
You will lead a security team and delegate the workload around the hospital, patrolling, lock ups and unlocks of building, attend security related incidents and deal with traffic management duties.

The successful post holders will be required to carry out a wide range of security, Have the ability to use a degree of initiative whilst maintaining a professional approach at all times. Provide leadership & direction to the security team. allocate staff resources as duties to staff as appropriate. There may be the requirement for the post holder to works across all of the Northern Care Alliance Care Organisations.
