Site Service Manager
The Site Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Wastewater service projects within a designated region. The role involves coordinating all aspects of service operations, from contract initiation through to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of service projects while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and contractual obligations are fulfilled.

Coordinate labour resources, materials, plant, and subcontractors for seamless project delivery.

Support the preparation of service quotations and provide technical input for project scope development.

Provide leadership and development opportunities for the service team, ensuring high levels of performance and compliance with company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in a management role overseeing service projects, ideally within the water industry or a related sector.

Strong commercial awareness, including forecasting, contract management, and cost control.

Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in managing subcontractors and liaising with key stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
