They are seeking a responsible, motivated, professional and dedicated Senior AV Engineer to join the team at Bracknell. You will be part of a vibrant and dynamic AV team working with assigned project managers and programmers. The position offers versatile responsibilities with a mixture of design, installation, rack/field testing and resolving issues with high tech equipment. You will manage your time effectively and perform within tight deadlines. If you prove yourself, you will be promoted to management in quick succession.
The right candidate would be working with a great array of reputable brands such as Coloplast, IBIS, Marriot, Novotel & Acentic Group.
My Client is looking for an individual to work closely with assigned managers and programmers providing fully functional integrated audio-visual systems. You will be commissioning racks on site and be responsible for installation of systems.
You will need to be a specialist in the following: Audio Amplifiers, Video conferencing systems & projectors/Matrixes, Digital displays & Signage Systems, Wireless devices, Automation controllers, HD BaseT, Movie theatre equipment.
Requirements
1. Experience in installing and commissioning assigned projects
2. Extensive knowledge in Advanced Visual Systems and Television Network
3. Understanding of IP protocols, ZigBee, IR & Serial
4. Knowledge of DSP units
5. Knowledge of IP Networking
6. Experience in HDBase T Technology
7. CTS program, design and installation qualifications or equivalent.
8. Microsoft PowerPoint presentation skills when training customers
9. Managing projects in a timely manner in line with strict deadlines
10. Interfaces with line managers for installation and deployment
11. Clear and concise communication with clients, tech-ops and engineers
12. Smooth running of Installation, Commissioning and Systems maintenance
13. Troubleshooting and a natural problem solver
14. Audio video system full management
15. QC checklists and rack testing
16. Providing training to clients and explaining complex AV systems
17. Dealing with suppliers and customers in a professional manner
18. Right to work and live in UK
