Sales Manager – New Build Homes

* Salary: £50,000-£55,000 & Car package

About the Role
Sphere Solutions is working with a luxury house builder to recruit an experienced Sales Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the sales process for high-end new-build homes, working closely with customers, solicitors, and construction teams to ensure a seamless home-buying experience.
This role will be split between the office and site, sites are based around the Mid and North Cornwall.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales of bespoke new-build homes, ensuring targets are met.
* Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry to handover.
* Build strong relationships with buyers, solicitors, and consultants.
* Provide expert guidance to customers on property specifications and customisation options.
* Ensure all sales transactions comply with regulations and company policies.
* Produce sales reports and present updates to senior management.
Requirements
* Proven sales experience in property, new homes, or construction.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple sales processes and meet targets.
* Full UK driving licence
