The Job Role
* General Manager of a B&I contract catering operation.
* To oversee staff dining, hospitality and events.
* Lead and develop an established team.
* Ensure exceptional standards are delivered at all times.
* Liaise with the onsite client to agree marketing plans and drive innovation.
The Package
* £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

The Requirements
* Proven General Manager and/or Catering Manager experience.
* Quality contract catering experience is desirable.
* A passionate foodie with an eye for detail.
