If you are nodding your head to these questions, we want to hear from you About the role: You will play an integral role in continuously feeding our production lines with our fresh products by transporting them to and from the warehouse. You will be pivotal in keeping our production lines supplied with incoming and outgoing products. You will advocate for best working practices and promote food hygiene and health and safety across all operational departments.. Ensure that pallets are moved and stacked in a safe and risk-free manner. Unload and confirm arrival quantities against expected consignment reports and liaise with quality control and supply chain teams. You will load and unload lorries with packaging, empty pallets or trays to keep all areas tidy and free of hazards. You will be responsible for checking the quality of incoming stock. You will maintain the continuous replenishment of all packaging areas. You will occasionally support our Production Operatives on the line to help us deliver great results to our customers. Previous experience within a production/warehouse/manufacturing environment. Enjoys physical work where you’ll be ‘on the go’. Excellent planning and organisational skills. Good all round communication skills. A keen eye for detail. Desirable: Previous MHE experience, ideally PPT, but similar would also be advantageous. A current PPT licence is desirable, but we can offer full training. You are collaborative and great at communicating both with your team, and other departments. You are eager to get stuck in to achieve the best results. You have the ability to work independently at times and within a team. You are a strong team player who motivates and inspires a team.
