From sales planning to relationship building to coordinating your team, everything you do will be focused on achieving and exceeding your revenue targets to grow portfolio sales in the Midlands. Your day to day might look a little like this: Developing a sales plan for your region Establishing targets for your region Supporting the sales team with account management Coordinating a clinical team to align team with sales strategy Working with other internal teams on training initiatives Attending surgeries to educate surgeons on the product portfolio Assessing the competitive position of the portfolio Identifying new business opportunities A bit about you The main thing our client is after is someone who has a strong track record in medical sales, ideally with at least five years’ experience. They’re also looking for someone who: Knows how to create and implement a strategic plan Can handle multiple projects Has some experience leading and coaching a team Understands medical customers and their needs Understands how to go about business development Has a degree in an aligned field Is great at relationship building Is happy to travel across the Midlands region (a driving license is a must) Want to hear more?
