Role Profile: Machine Control Administrator
Purpose: To support the Machine Control team with all administrative duties, enabling the team to provide first class technical and operational service to our customers on GPS machine control products.

Reporting Lines:
You will report into the Machine Control Manager.
Focus areas of the role:
The success of the role will be measured against the effective implementation of the following focus areas:
1. Take service/breakdown calls, accurately log and allocate to our team of engineers.
2. Oversee stock management for the team, including stock transfers, adding stock to contracts, exchanging stock on contracts, and off-hiring GPS equipment.
3. Support and coordinate the planning of day-to-day works, such as allocating jobs to engineers on hires/off hires.
4. Interact with all departments across the business and successfully deal with any customer issues or enquiries.
5. Oversee ordering of machine control parts and liaise with our GPS suppliers.
6. Manage and accurately maintain all licences for the GPS equipment through our external provider.
7. Manage the sim card account through our external provider.
8. Support on other ad-hoc projects and tasks when needed.

Education & Qualifications/Experience:
Previous experience as an Administrator or Coordinator is essential. Knowledge of Machine Control or experience within the Construction industry would be highly desirable.
