Our client a global business based in Macclesfield are seeking an Administrator to join their friendly, busy Admin team. You will need to have a good level of education as well as a great sense of humour. Previous Administration experience is not essential as this is an entry level position.
Administrator Duties
- Communicating with partners and third parties via telephone and email
- Managing data feeds to partners
- Checking finance status and obtaining clearance
- Organising collections
- Chasing clients for relevant documentation
- Sending out client confirmations of sale and invoicing
- Using inhouse systems
Administrator Requirements
- Educated to GCSE level including Maths and English
- Confident numeracy skills
- Confident communicator
