Project Manager (M&E) – London & Home Counties (Site-Based)
Are you an experienced M&E Project Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to work across multiple sites in London and the Home Counties? Our client, a leading specialist in mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects, is seeking a driven and qualified Project Manager to oversee projects across London, Hertfordshire, Essex, and Kent.
This is a site-based role, with projects spread across the region, and the company’s head office located in Waltham Abbey. They are open to both permanent and contract candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage M&E projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
* Coordinate on-site activities, ensuring health & safety, quality control, and compliance with project specifications.
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Prepare and manage project schedules, risk assessments, and progress reports.
* Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with industry regulations and company procedures.
* Manage site teams and subcontractors, providing leadership and technical guidance.
* Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical or logistical issues that may arise.
Requirements:
* M&E qualification (Mechanical or Electrical).
* SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
* Strong experience managing M&E projects within construction, refurbishment, or fit-out sectors.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple sites.
* Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and industry standards.
* Full UK driving licence – ability to travel to multiple sites.
