This role looks after the Day-to-day processing of expenses via the BCA UK expense system, Emburse Enterprise, ensuring that claims are audited and processed in a timely manner whilst analysing spend via reporting tools, highlighting any unusual or excessive spend patterns. Key Responsibilities Review expenses as submitted by employees Audit expenses, ensuring they are processed on time allowing for out-of-pocket costs to be reimbursed and credit card costs accounted for correctly Process any requests for company credit cards Manage credit card limits, on stop issues and requests, card cancellations or lost cards with our card provider Manage the Expenses and Company Card mailbox’s, answer queries over Teams and providing support to employees where required. Administrative tasks within the expense system: reassignment of unallocated transactions, processing of expenses belonging to departed employees Key Skills Strong IT literacy skills Good communication skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to work at pace Flexibility to be able to work extra hours during Month End/Period End if necessary Previous relevant Expenses processing experience and VAT knowledge desirable, however full training is provided We are proud to be Level 1 Disability Confident and committed to ensuring our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible.
