Job Description
Summary
I am a 37-year-old lady with 2 children looking for a little support each week (during School term-time only.)
I want to improve my family’s eating habits and need help with planning nutritious meals and cooking these. Are you a confident and experienced cook, brimming with ideas and recipes, who could inspire and empower me whilst teaching me the ropes? If so, I’d love to hear from you.
I also need some cleaning tips and pointers on how to make the best of my home environment (think Stacey Solomon/Mrs Hinch), as well as some support with maintaining my garden.
You should be patient, a good motivator willing to help me improve my habits and broaden my horizons, reliable and friendly with a good sense of humour so we can have fun while getting the job done!

Additional duties:
• Support employer with weekly meal-planning
• Find and suggest new foods, meals and recipes to try with a view to improving family’s overall diet
• Support employer to become a confident cook by sharing your own skills, knowledge, recipes and methods, ensuring her safety at all times
• Motivate and encourage employer to independently find and cook new foods, meals and recipes
• Support employer with writing shopping lists and checking cupboards to ensure all ingredients for recipes are available as required
• Assist with preparing kitchen for cooking and washing/cleaning up afterwards
• Support employer to keep her home in good order by providing cleaning tips and pointers on how best to achieve this
• Inspire, empower and help to improve employer’s confidence and health and wellbeing when it comes to cooking and maintaining her home environment
Additional requirements
• Non-smoker preferred or someone willing to refrain from smoking during working hours
