About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director, while also managing administrative responsibilities across the office. As a key member of the team, you will play an integral role in helping to streamline the MD's daily activities, ensuring the smooth running of the office, and becoming the go-to person for admin queries.
This is a part-time position, with a hybrid working pattern, offering flexibility and work-life balance, and is ideally suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide efficient and organised support to the Managing Director, including managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
* Take full responsibility for all office administration, including overseeing office supplies, equipment, and any admin-related queries.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and manage the MD's schedule to ensure smooth operations.
* Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, ensuring clear and professional communication.
* Assist with project management tasks as required, helping to ensure deadlines are met.
* Ensure the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis, acting as the first point of contact for general admin queries.
* Support with document preparation, filing, and general office organisation.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Prior experienced PA with a background in providing executive-level support
* Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using various office technology and software.
* A proactive self-starter who can take ownership of tasks and work independently.
* Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a hybrid capacity and adjust to the varying demands of the role.
* Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
