Sewell Wallis has an immediate requirement to join our client on an interim contract to work with them on a significant change management project. This role will focus predominantly on the Credit Management / AR side of the finance team for an initial period of 3 months, at this point the contract length will then be reviewed for a possible extension.
This role will be based in Sheffield (3-4 days a week, with 1-2 days working from home) with the following responsibilities.
What will you be doing?
1. Leading a large accounts receivable and credit control department.
2. Review, update, and monitor the Credit Control Transformation plan.
3. Process Map the 'As-Is' end-to-end processes within Accounts Receivable.
4. Identify process and control improvements through discussions with Internal Audit and other team members to create 'To Be' processes.
5. Review the current Target Operating Model for the function to ensure that it meets the needs of the business and recommend any changes.
