NCA Diagnostics and Pharmacy is part of the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust (NCA). The Director of Nursing, Quality and Safety is a key member of the D&P Senior Management Team.
As part of this team, the role carries a shared accountability for the strategic direction and overall delivery of performance and financial sustainability for D&P.
The role contributes to a culture which is patient-centred, empowers staff, promotes personal accountability, is fair and collaborative and delivers continuous improvement.
You will be a key leader, working alongside healthcare professions of all levels across the NCA. This is an exciting opportunity to develop, lead and implement inventive solutions to a variety of challenges across D&P.

Your primary areas of responsibility will be:
• Providing visible and inspiring leadership for all colleagues across NCA D&P.
• Develop, implement, and lead on NCA D&P's Quality Improvement strategy
• Be a champion for effective governance across NCA D&P and the wider NCA
