Our National Customer Relationship Manager is looking for a top class Secretary to join them here at the Nation’s favourite parcel delivery company. We are looking for an excellent performer who has a creative flair and the ability to produce great Presentations. This role will be based from our site in Lincoln.We’ll also expect you to display all the qualities required to provide a wide ranging and confidential senior level support service, including:Provide all secretarial and administrative support to the National Customer Relationship Manager, including diary management within Google calendar, opening and responding to emails/post, accommodation booking and other day-to-day communicationGive secretarial and administration support to the CRM Departmental ManagersAct as first point of contact for general enquiries, escalations and where possible answer such queriesOrganise all venues and catering requirements for CRM Team meetings and any other business events as and when requiredResponsible for producing memos, minutes, letters, recruitment, confidential communication & liaising with internal departments across the business.Record and Monitor company holiday entitlement via the CRM Annual Leave CalendarRegister absence and sickness on to the Absence Management System (I-trent)Organising and support the administration of Induction ProgrammesGenerating reports, proposals and presentations using Microsoft Office and KeynoteMaintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive business informationAny other tasks as designated by the National Customer Relationship Manager Qualifications: About YouTo be considered for this role you must have previous secretarial experience ideally gained within a dynamic fast paced organisation whilst operating with absolute integrity, confidentiality and discretion.Working in an environment where working efficiently under pressure and at pace will be key to your success. Outstanding organisational and planning skills are essential in this role.
