Generic Assessor/Coach to start in February 2025
Salary: up to £28k Plus up to £4k a year in completion bonuses (Based on 40 learners completed on caseload)
Permanent Full Time - Location: Liverpool/Merseyside/North West/The Wirral
As you will be expected to attend HQ in Liverpool 2 days a week for meetings, submitting paperwork, training, administration, and support.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4pm, 3pm finish on a Friday.

Our client is an established leading training Ofsted Grade 2 provider with national provision and a personal approach, specialising in sectors such as Manufacturing, Logistics, Insurance, Financial, Housing, Healthcare, NHS, and Retail & Construction.
They have been commended by operators, employers, and awarding bodies for providing high-quality apprenticeships and raising the skills of their employees.
The successful applicant will deliver training to apprentices in the workplace, with no longer than 1 hour travel from home on the days they go out to visit, primarily the Business Administrator Level 3 and Customer Services Levels 2 and 3.
Reporting to the Performance Manager, the role will encompass:
1. Delivering teaching and learning sessions to all allocated apprentices.
2. Training, coaching, support, planning, monitoring, and formal reviewing of the apprentice’s progress from the start through to the end point assessment.
We are looking for an individual with the following qualities:
1. Support approximately 40 learners undertaking a standalone qualification programme of learning.
2. Carry out assessment of learners against standards or qualification criteria.
3. Assist in the compilation of learners' portfolios and monitor the quality of learning.
4. Support candidates in identifying opportunities for the collection of portfolio evidence.
5. Contribute to the development of the candidate’s plans of individual training needs.
6. Assess and deliver elements of underpinning knowledge and support the internal quality assurance process.
7. Experience as a Business Administration or Customer Services Tutor/Skills Coach is essential.
8. Personable, engaging, organised, and motivated.
9. Good maths, English, and ICT skills.
10. Ideally, experience of using Onefile and working with a cohort of approximately 40 learners.
The role will include high-quality training, coaching, support, planning, monitoring, and formal reviewing of the apprentice’s progress from the start through to the end point assessment.
