Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service in the automotive industry? We are looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join our busy and reputable Accident Repair Centre. If you have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of vehicle repairs, this is the perfect opportunity for you!\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProvide excellent support and guidance to front of house team\nDeal efficiently with customer requests and queries to ensure total customer satisfaction\nPromote and awareness of quality and customers needs and expectations throughout the Paint & Body Centre\nManage bookings in/out and updates to customers on our Windows based Autoflow Management System\nAssist on managing manufacturer portals for complianceEssential Skills & Experience:\n\nPrevious experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive or accident repair environment (preferred).\nTeam player\nExcellent communication skills\nOffer empathy when needed and have good problem-solving skills\nKnowledge of Insurance processes would be ideal but not essential\nKnowledge of basic Sage would be ideal but not essential \n\nHours of work: Monday - Thursday 8:00-17:00pm.
