Accounts Assistant - £London (With Hybrid Working)

Our client is seeking those with around 18 months experience within a professional services environment in an Accounts role in order to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Support: Process invoices, chase overdue payments, and manage client accounts.
2. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain cashbooks.
3. Post invoices to online billing platforms and monitor their status.
4. Update client records and handle purchase invoices for foreign attorneys.
5. Assist with general office admin tasks.
6. Ad-Hoc reception support: Greet visitors, manage the conference room diary, and assist with meeting setups.
Key Skills:
1. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
2. Experience with Sage, Microsoft Teams, and online billing platforms is preferred.
3. Good communication and customer service skills.
