Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. You will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and our customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
1. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
2. Taking customer payments via PayPal
3. Provide general office support, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
4. Utilize Google Drive to create and edit documents and spreadsheets
5. Assist in various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars
6. Working alongside sales reps
7. Utilize computerized systems to update and maintain records
8. Provide clerical support to other team members as needed
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in an office support/admin role
2. Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including knowledge of Excel and Word
3. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
Licence/Certification:
1. Driving Licence (required)
