About the Role: As a Stock Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing our inventory to meet the dynamic needs of our business. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and shortages. Record purchase details (vendors, invoices, pricing) into our internal databases. Replenish stock based on operational needs. Track shipments and resolve any delays to maintain supply chain efficiency. Oversee the storage of products, ensuring the safekeeping of fragile items. Negotiate with suppliers to secure profitable deals. Coordinate regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records. Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to ensure product quality. Monitor daily shipments and inventory levels to meet budgetary guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Manager, or similar role. Strong understanding of supply chain procedures. Proficient with inventory management software (e.g., NetSuite, TradeGecko). Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
