Our multi-disciplined teams provide a number of property services to our clients, undertaking a wide range of projects including residential/commercial/educational of varying size and complexity, resulting in innovative, sustainable and commercially viable delivery.
The Apprentice Administrator will undertake development activities and formal training with the aim of becoming an administrative assistant who will be able to provide a wide range of administrative support to the business.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide a full range of day to day administrative duties to teams across the business.
2. Document management in line with Norse Consulting Group.
3. Deal effectively with telephone calls, providing a good level of customer service.
4. Facilitate the coordination of booking services for hire cars, rail travel and overnight accommodation as and when required.
5. Assist in the administration of financial procedures.
6. Diary coordination, including booking meetings, facilities and hospitality.
7. Carry out duties appropriate to the grade of the post, may on occasion require travel to other offices as required.
8. Promote continuous improvement and deliver demonstrable high quality products and services which embrace quality standards.
9. Demonstrate personal commitment to the Norse Way CSR strategy.
Candidate Requirements:
10. 3 GCSEs or equivalent Grade C or above including Maths and English Essential
11. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite Desirable
12. Outstanding attention to detail - Essential
13. Effective communication skills both verbal and written Essential
14. Good organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative Essential
