Description Key responsibilities of the Personal Assistant include: Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team. Managing the CEO's diary, arranging meetings and appointments. Maintaining accurate records and files. Handling confidential information with discretion. Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries. Assisting with internal and external events. Greeting vistors when onsite. Inbox management. Act as a first point of contact for calls. Profile The successful Personal Assistant will have: Experience in a senior administrator or PA/EA role previously. Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset. Confident telephone manner.
