Job description
* Abbeygate Sixth Form - Bury St Edmunds (and across EEGT sites as required)
* 1 FTE - 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year - Permanent
* Salary: £37,366 per annum - £40,008 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience)
We are seeking a proactive and strategic leader to join our team as the Group Head of Progression to Higher Education (HE). In this role, you will oversee the UCAS application process, provide guidance on HE and degree apprenticeship pathways, and lead initiatives to support underrepresented students through the NEACO partnership. You will coordinate a team, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure students receive the support they need to successfully apply for university and apprenticeships.
This role will include managing the delivery of information sessions, maintaining up-to-date resources, and developing partnerships with universities and employers. You will also track progress, analyse data, and work closely with the Futures Team to identify barriers and provide tailored advice to students, ensuring a seamless transition to higher education.
