They are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager from the housebuilding industry who has the experience and grit to lead and motivate teams across multiple sites, taking projects from launch to completion. As part of the Sales and Marketing team, you will report directly to the Sales and Marketing Director. This is a hands-on role that requires time split between head office and site visits, leading and driving on-site teams of Sales Negotiators to meet and exceed targets. You’ll be expected to lead from the front, working shoulder-to-shoulder with your team to deliver results. Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate on-site sales teams to hit and exceed sales targets. Recruit, coach, and mentor on-site Sales Negotiators to build high-performing teams. Conduct market research and implement data-driven strategies. Develop and execute sales strategies for all sites. Set pricing strategies and ensure site presentation is maintained at a 5-star standard. Deliver accurate weekly reports and performance updates. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all collateral is current and effective. Champion a 5-star customer journey and experience. Key Requirements: A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sales Manager for a volume housebuilder. Current experience working with a housebuilder (applications from estate agents will not be considered). Strong understanding of the new homes property market. Proven track record of delivering high-volume schemes and achieving/exceeding sales targets. Experience managing and motivating on-site sales consultants. Exceptional report writing and analytical skills. A team player with a proactive, driven, and positive attitude. Ability to work autonomously and make key decisions independently. Valid UK driving licence.
