Salary: Grade 6 and scale point range 18 - 22, (Full time equivalent £30,559 - £32,654) Actual salary £21,858 - £28,807.

As the primary point of contact for the school office, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth running, and providing excellent support to staff, students, and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Clerical Duties:
1. Maintain accurate pupil records, medical records, and other registers.
2. Process paperwork, such as admissions, leavers, and attendance.
3. Provide general administrative support to the school office.
4. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
5. Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with employment law.
6. Support with payroll and benefits administration.
7. Assist with budget monitoring and financial reporting.
8. Process invoices and payments.
9. Manage petty cash and other financial transactions.
2. Governance Support (if required in the future):
1. Provide clerical support to the Governing Body, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing documents when required.
2. Act as the Clerk to the Governors when required, providing advice on governance matters and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
