Key Responsibilities
* Carry out maintenance, repairs, and installations on equipment such as AHUs, VRVs, Split Systems, Fan Coils, and Chillers.
* Inspect and work on components, including heat pumps, valves, and pipework.
* Respond promptly to emergency service calls and resolve issues effectively.
* Use schematics and technical manuals to diagnose and replace faulty parts.
* Troubleshoot faults with precision.
* Work closely with team members to ensure smooth project completion.
Key Skills
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in air conditioning engineering.
* Strong understanding of residential and commercial air conditioning systems.
* Skilled in pipework for varied system installations.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective teamwork.
* Strong time-management skills to meet project deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
* Valid driver’s license for travel requirements.

Position Details
* Job Type: Full-time
* Salary: £33,000.00-£39,000.00 per year (depending on experience)
* Hours: Minimum 37.5 per week

Required Experience and Qualifications
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in AC engineering (required).
* Licence/Certification: Valid driving licence (required).
