About the School
The Governors of St Margaret Mary’s Catholic Infant School are looking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with strong SEN skills and a proven track record of raising attainment. 5. Demonstrate high expectations and standards in learning, teaching, and behaviour
6. Experienced in supporting pupils' learning
7. Have experience and understanding of managing sensory needs of children
8. Have experience in working with children who experience anxiety
9. Skilled and experienced in running social emotional literacy intervention
10. Able to consistently use an emotion coaching approach to help with identification of emotions
11. Skilled in coaching and mentoring to provide stability
