If so, we’d love to hear from you. We are excited to recruit a project coordinator to sit across a range of projects relating to innovation and infrastructure at the CSP. This role will be a crucial link between two of our teams, becoming a pivotal part of our successful delivery of transformation across the CSP. About the role Working closely with project managers, our Innovations team and stakeholders across the business, you’ll ensure that projects run smoothly, stay in schedule, and meet key deliverables. Key responsibilities: Providing support to projects by acting as a primary point of contact to provide advice, guidance and assistance to ensure the effective delivery of projects. Working with our project managers and Digital Transformation Programme Manager to ensure accurate and timely reporting on projects including finance and operational reporting Supporting project governance meetings, including taking notes and following up on actions to ensure they’re completed. Creation and maintenance of consistent, high quality project documentation, including helping to organise project evaluation exercises at the end of project closures. Drafting communcations to various stakeholders throughout the business, including project governance meetings. About you: Educated to degree level or possess equivalent relevant experience. Previous experience coordinating projects, supporting successful delivery against time, cost, and quality metrics. Experienced in managing a varying workload, collaborating with colleagues across the UK in both in-person and remote settings. Capable of managing project budgets and creating accurate reports for project managers. Proficient in using Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Experience with a mix of both agile and waterfall project methodologies, and comfortable with a hybrid approach.
