Where does this role fit in?
* You will be a key member of the Digital and Strategic Change team, reporting to the Head of Data. You will work across the business, developing dashboards, reports, and insights that support decision-making. You will also play a vital role in data governance and ensuring high-quality data across the organisation.
* As a line manager to Data Analysts, you’ll provide guidance, coaching, and support to help them succeed.

Must have skills & experience:
* Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics.
* Hands-on expertise with Power BI and SQL.
* Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights.
* Strong communication and storytelling skills – making data accessible to all.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
* A passion for mentoring and supporting junior data professionals, helping them develop their skills and confidence.
Nice to have skills (but not essential!):
* Familiarity with Python or R.
* Knowledge of predictive modelling or machine learning.
* Experience in the housing or social enterprise sector.
What are the pay and benefits?
* This salary for this role is fixed at £59,496 for a 37 hour, full time, permanent position.
