My client, a prominent company in the water sector, is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing exceptional customer service by handling enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
Managing administrative tasks to support the customer service team
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Following the company's procedures and policies to ensure consistent service delivery
Communicating effectively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Operating within a 4-day on, 4-day off shift rota
Job Requirements:
Experience in customer service, preferably in the utilities sector
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively within a rota-based schedule
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in using standard office software and systems
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
