Job Description:
Working within the Global Student Recruitment Team, you will support the application and allocation process for the University’s new flagship scholarship scheme, the Global Sustainability Leaders Scholarship. This is a new role and reflects the ongoing expansion of the funding opportunities that the University is offering prospective undergraduate students. A broad skill set is essential as well as managing the process through which up to 400 scholarships per year are awarded. There will be frequent liaison with internal stakeholders, accurate record keeping, and the need to align the work with other funding schemes. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational skills alongside an innovative mindset.
Minimum Requirements:
* A strong understanding of scholarship application and allocation processes
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* The ability to work effectively within a team or independently, embracing digital technology as appropriate
* A proactive and creative mindset complemented by the capacity to work towards the accomplishment of clearly defined goals, making effective use of available resources
