The role It's about excellent resource planning and delivery of customer service. You'll be part of a proactive and performance driven team, dealing effectively with the deployment of operatives to repair and maintain our Housing Stock. You ll work closely with the Senior Planner and Asset Delivery Managers to ensure a team of front-line skilled operatives are efficiently and effectively organised. Key tasks include: Experience in dealing with contractors and planning of works Must be computer literate with proficient use of Mircosoft Office Understanding of H&S in a working environment and being able to identify risks Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, deliver to strict deadlines and manage conflicting priorities Ability to provide performance reports for KPI and SLA s for external contractors Maintain and update systems with accurate information The ability to work effectively with colleagues across the business, and with external stakeholders Fantastic communication skills and enjoying working with people.
