Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Manager
Location: Hybrid (one day a month in our Sheffield office would be desirable but not essential).

Role Overview:
As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing high-impact partnerships that align with Twinkl’s mission and business objectives. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive growth, increase brand reach, and create value for Twinkl’s educational communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development & Management
1. Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships with educational institutions, edtech companies, NGOs, and corporate partners.
2. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term collaboration and mutual growth.
3. Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with Twinkl’s goals and values.
Strategic Growth & Innovation
1. Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and content teams to develop innovative partnership opportunities.
2. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
3. Explore new revenue streams and collaborative projects that enhance Twinkl’s offerings.
Execution & Performance Tracking
1. Develop and manage a partnership strategy that aligns with Twinkl’s business goals.
2. Track and analyze partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
3. Ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements, including content collaborations, co-branded initiatives, and joint marketing efforts.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Proven experience (5+ years) in partnerships, business development, or strategic relationship management, preferably in education, edtech, or SaaS industries.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
3. Ability to think strategically and identify mutually beneficial opportunities.
4. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
5. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and report on performance.
6. Passion for education and an understanding of Twinkl’s mission and audience.
