Job Details Full time, 37 hours per week, full year, permanent post. £23,724 to £25,292 p.a. You will work as part of the Estates Team to ensure that the College buildings and grounds are always well maintained, tidy and kept safe. Applicants will work both indoors and outdoors, undertaking a diverse workload. Some of the duties that the role requires are as follows: • Undertake building maintenance and repairs within capability. • Maintain college grounds to a high standard, ensuring grounds are litter free. • Set up rooms for various types of teaching and events. • Moving fixtures, fittings and equipment around the campus • Unlock and lock buildings at appropriate times, including disarming and setting of alarms and access systems. • Undertake statutory compliance testing and maintain logs of all checks. • Driving College vehicles, following completion of driving assessment. • Some evening and weekend cover may be required in connection with college events and lettings.
