Join our dynamic Commercial team as Offer & Order Transformation Manager, leading the way in Modern Airline Retailing. This pivotal role is responsible for shaping the airline’s business transformation plan, defining the changes required to BA’s business capabilities and processes to transition into the future of airline retailing.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead a team that defines the transformation plan for Modern Airline Retailing, ensuring business value is unlocked as quickly as possible.
* Work closely with key commercial decision-makers to document the current and future state business capabilities.
* Ensure that the transformation plan spans across all materially affected areas, including products, propositions, services, channels, and the removal of legacy artefacts.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across BA’s business units to map out a viable transition plan, identifying the changes needed by impacted departments for a successful transition to 100% Offer & Orders
* Work iteratively with BA/Amadeus Nevio solutioning teams and Lead Architects to align the business transition with the technology transformation roadmap.
* Anticipate dependencies and challenges, leveraging expertise in airline commercial systems to steer strategic conversations between business and technical teams.
* Design and implement a framework for stakeholder engagement, ensuring a structured and efficient approach to transformation.
* Develop a decision-making framework to facilitate the approval of key business changes at senior levels.
* Identify interdependencies between business and technology transitions, ensuring alignment within the logical architecture and development roadmap.
* Coach and mentor your team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and strong stakeholder management.

* Strong and evidenced background in complex Change Management, delivering substantial commercial and customer-focused transformations.
* Experience leading Agile teams and managing complex, cross-functional projects.
