A vacancy for a full time Commercial Support based at our office in Lincoln.
Specification:
Responsibilities
1. Verifying Costs on our systems
2. Uploading paperwork.
3. Prepare and maintain commercial files to include compiling reports from information provided by the commercial team and obtained by databases.
4. Carry out document management and filing for the commercial team including systematic archiving.
5. Assist the Commercial Team with any pricing / budget or contract changes.
6. Scrutinising Subcontractor Invoicing for processing.
7. Accurately maintain trackers ensuring data is kept up to date

CLC Group Ltd is an established Property and Asset Maintenance Company with branches Nationwide. A vacancy for a full time Commercial Support based at our office in Lincoln.
Main purpose of the role
Supporting the Commercial Team in processing invoices liaising between subcontractors. Maintaining the live recording processes and reporting on the commercial elements daily and ensuring the efficient and professional delivery of administrative processes to support the day to day running of a busy commercial office and the commercial team.
