Locum Contract
A large and well-established local authority in London is seeking an experienced Contracts Lawyer with experience in construction contracts to join them on a locum basis. The contract is for a minimum of 3 months but is expected to extend on a long-term rolling basis.
The successful Commercial and Construction Contracts Lawyer will be joining a hardworking and welcoming team. Our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Lawyer who has experience of dealing with commercial contracts and construction contracts, such as JCT and NEC. There is a broad range of work coming into the team, including complex and high-value matters, giving you the opportunity to hold an interesting and varied caseload.

To be considered for this locum Commercial and Construction Contracts Lawyer role, you must be a qualified Lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister, CILEx) and be able to work with minimal supervision. Prior experience working in local government is beneficial; however, candidates with relevant experience from other sectors will be considered.
Our client is ideally seeking someone who can work on a hybrid basis but is also open to remote applicants.
