About the Role
Facit, a global specialist technology company, is seeking an experienced Head of Partnerships/Sales to drive business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in partnership development and management, with a strong understanding of the video analytics and redaction software market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop high-quality partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand Facit's customer base.
* Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Work closely with the wider team to ensure a compelling set of products and propositions that resonate with clients and partners.
* Convert prospects into paying customers, leveraging Facit's suite of digital platforms.
* Drive sales revenue growth through the automation of company processes.
* Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
* Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and represent Facit at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of demonstrable experience in the development of partnerships/strategic alliances.
* Passion for customer-centric sales.
* Well-developed commercial and technical background.
* Experience in the sale of SaaS solutions across multiple regions/markets.
* Strong technical and communication skills.
What We Offer:
* Competitive base salary of £80,000 per year, with an OTE of £120,000.
