We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager of Global Sports Partnerships & Hospitality to lead the development, execution, and management of high-profile partnerships with major global sporting properties. This role will involve overseeing comprehensive partnership strategies, driving innovative activation plans, and managing world-class hospitality programs at major sporting events. You will collaborate with key stakeholders internally and externally to ensure the success of all initiatives, while maintaining an exceptional level of professionalism and delivering measurable business outcomes. Manage relationships from inception through activation and renewal, ensuring long-term success and mutual value for both the organization and its partners. Hospitality Program Leadership: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of world-class hospitality programs at major sporting events, ensuring memorable experiences that strengthen client relationships and align with business goals. Oversee all aspects of event hospitality, from venue selection and logistics to on-site coordination. Innovative Activations: Create and implement innovative partnership activation plans designed to maximize partnership value, enhance brand recognition, and drive engagement across multiple channels and markets. Ensure the activation strategy aligns with overall marketing and business objectives. Budget Oversight & ROI Analysis: Oversee the budget planning, allocation, and tracking for all partnership and hospitality initiatives. Ensure that all programs stay within budget while maintaining high standards. Provide detailed ROI analysis and reporting to measure success and guide future strategies. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sports property representatives, corporate clients, and internal cross-functional teams. Ensure smooth communication and collaboration to meet client and business objectives. Social Media & Brand Messaging: Direct the social media strategy and content creation related to partnership activations. Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all digital platforms to engage audiences and amplify partnership visibility. Leadership & Team Collaboration: Provide leadership and mentorship to internal teams involved in partnership management and activation efforts. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence across departments to ensure cohesive execution of all initiatives. Travel & Event Presence: Represent the company at key sporting events and partner meetings globally. Travel to major events to oversee on-site execution, ensuring flawless delivery of hospitality programs and activation plans. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in hospitality management, corporate sponsorship activation, and client entertainment. Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar partnerships with major global sporting properties. Strategic & Tactical Expertise: Strong understanding of marketing principles and social media strategy. Expertise in leveraging sports partnerships to build global brand recognition and drive measurable business outcomes. Project Management: Outstanding project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and delivery on objectives. Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, key decision-makers, and external partners. Polished executive presence with a high level of professionalism. Financial Acumen: Demonstrated experience in creating and managing complex budgets, financial reporting, and ROI analysis for partnership and hospitality programs. Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Travel Requirements: Must be able to travel globally to oversee events, meet with partners, and support activation efforts on the ground.
