* Happy to look at Operations Directors, General Managers or Operations Managers who are seeking MD jobs / Managing Director jobs roles in Lincolnshire

* Highly profitable business. This is NOT a turnaround

* Package over £100,000. Salary TBC but likely to be £85,000 - £90,000 + £7,200 car allowance plus then company bonus structure (tagging an extra £6,000 on top) plus 33 days holiday (including banks) plus then pension of 10%. Salary still TBC but I think rule out if you are seeking over £105,000 as a base salary
