YOUR ROLE As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our logistics and supply chain processes. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with our attractive working office and hours from 8am-4pm Logistics Coordination: Assist in coordinating and managing all logistics activities, including shipments, inventory control, and order processing. Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately enter and maintain logistics data in the internal systems, ensuring all records are current and accurate. Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, ensure stock is replenished on time, and support warehouse operations to meet demand and supply targets. Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth logistics operations, timely deliveries, and issue resolution. Problem Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot any logistical issues, working with relevant teams to resolve them quickly and efficiently. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of logistics activities, including shipments, deliveries, and any discrepancies, for future reference and compliance. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and contribute suggestions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, or administrative role is preferred but not essential. Exceptional ability to spot errors and discrepancies in data or processes, maintaining a high level of accuracy in all tasks. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams, external vendors, and clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), with experience in logistics or warehouse management systems being an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and work independently when necessary.
