An opportunity to direct through-the-line communication for krow Group's flagship account, Post Office
An exciting opportunity to work on a 'national treasure' like Post Office doesn't come up very often, so when it does, you jump at the chance, right? Our flagship account is made up of a cross-office team of highly talented individuals tasked with delivering a strategic and creative step-change for Post Office communications with the development and implementation of stand-out through-the-lines campaigns. From highly engaging social content and persuasive broadcast TV, to immersive digital and hard working in-branch POS, we will be responsible for curating an end-to-end map of communications for Post Office that touch all moments in the different customer journeys for their products and service.
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proactive approach, who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a Senior Planner at krow, you will direct and manage multiple workstreams across all channels, with a focus on delivering high quality work that exceeds client expectations.

Role
The role is based in our London office, reporting in the Group Head of Planning and responsibilities include:
* Drive creative excellence through sharp insights, inspiring briefings and productive collaboration with creative teams.
* Thought leadership and shaping strategic thinking and decision making across your accounts.
* The ability to develop brand strategies and propositions; creative briefs; client presentations; audience profiles; customer journeys; communications and channel strategies.
* Writing decks with a good narrative.
* Taking a big-picture view of your clients' challenges; considering all factors that might affect their brand and communications strategy and developing strategic recommendations to drive our clients' businesses forward.
* Developing and substantiating a strong point of view, presenting with authority, being able to take internal and external audiences on a journey.
* Preparing and facilitating client planning sessions and strategy workshops.
* Designing, commissioning and managing research to support the development of strategy and creative work.
* Defining measures of success for initiatives and evaluating the impact of our work over time.
Essential skills and experience to deliver this role

* Thorough knowledge of all aspects of the planning craft in order to be able to initiate and complete all sorts of planning projects from marketing strategy to communications development and evaluation.
* Able to interpret all forms of evaluation.
* Proven experience. Ideally in retail and experience of integrated planning in an agency environment.
* Must be fully conversant with digital channels (without necessarily being a digital specialist).
* Must be a strong communicator (verbally and in written work) who is passionate about creative product and who can clearly present ideas to internal and external audiences.
* Must be flexible, self-motivated, capable of working quickly and accurately, able to prioritise and deliver to deadlines.
* High levels of proactivity, quality control and personal curiosity are essential in this largely self-directed role working closely with agency leadership.

Salary: Up to £80k
