Positions Available: (Part-Time)
Salary Package:
* Part-Time: £12,250 per annum + performance-based commission
Holidays: 12.5 days per annum + bank holidays
Working Pattern: Part-Time, 4 days per week (including weekends). Trade operates 7 days a week.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. You will play a critical role in the success of the store by driving sales, converting leads, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about energy products and sustainability. Your ability to understand customer needs, present solutions persuasively, and close sales will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to understand their energy needs, answer their questions, and guide them towards the best solutions.
* Sales Strategy & Product Promotion: Use consultative selling techniques to explain product benefits, promote energy-efficient products, and upsell additional services. Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding personal sales targets and store goals.
* Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify sales opportunities through in-store interactions, demonstrations, and consultations. Follow up with potential leads to ensure successful conversions and build a robust pipeline of prospective customers.
* Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of key products including solar panels, battery storage systems, electric vehicle (EV) chargers, and electricity tariffs. Use this knowledge to educate customers on how these products can reduce energy costs, promote sustainability, and fit their individual needs.
* Closing Sales: Confidently close sales by overcoming objections, offering customized solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the purchasing process.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by handling post-purchase inquiries, ensuring smooth transactions, and building long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
* Sales Reporting: Track individual sales performance and report daily results to the Store Manager. Provide feedback on customer preferences and potential areas for sales growth.
* Community Engagement: Participate in store events, sales promotions, and community outreach initiatives to build brand awareness and increase store traffic.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Retail Sales Executive, Sales Associate, or similar role, ideally in the energy or sustainability sector.
* Strong understanding of sales principles, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to quickly learn and understand complex energy products like solar panels, battery storage systems, EV chargers, and electricity tariffs, and present them in a compelling manner.
* A results-driven mindset, with the ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions to close sales.
* Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Flexibility to work weekends and occasional overtime as needed.
