As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for project management, working with multi-disciplined teams to implement effective programme management processes. Your main accountability will be the successful delivery of assigned work packages or projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to customer requirements.

Pay Rate: £38 - £44.00 via an Umbrella Company
Hours: 37 per weekDuties Include:
Leading multi-disciplined teams by implementing effective programme management processes
Creating, maintaining, and communicating project plans and resource profiles
Monitoring and controlling projects to ensure timely delivery of milestones
Identifying and managing project risks, including mitigation actions and contingency plans
Maintaining effective customer communication and reporting on progress
Managing requirements through interface control documents and coordination memos
Developing ongoing cost reduction plans through design changes and sourcing strategiesRequirements:
Experience in project management or leading Integrated Product Teams (IPT) in an engineering environment
Strong customer management skills and the ability to deliver projects to their satisfaction
Excellent commercial and financial awareness
Resilience in complex, multi-disciplined environments with demanding targets
Strong influencing skills and a passion for exceeding customer expectations
Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations
