Are you an experienced Night Supervisor looking for a brand-new exciting opportunity? My client is a luxury beautiful independent hotel, set within gorgeous grounds, that offers elegance to all its clientele.
Due to the location of the hotel, the successful candidate will need to have access to their own transportation. Kitchen Staff are offered off-site staff accommodation at £60 an hour and includes bills. (Food and internet not provided)
Main Duties:
1. Managing the setting, clearing and cleaning of all the conference rooms to standard.
2. Ensuring the security of the hotel is maintained throughout the night.
3. Providing 24-hour room service and reception services.
4. Ensuring the cleanliness of the hotel is of the highest standard at all times.
5. Recruiting, training, and developing department staff.
6. Completing the staff rotas and monitoring time sheets.
7. Acting as a main point of contact for customers and handling any customer complaints.
The ideal Night Supervisor will have experience within a similar position in a hotel and have experience leading a team. You will present a welcoming impression to all guests, be able to lead a team efficiently, and be motivated to ensure the best service and standards are continuously provided. You will be hard-working, confident, and able to build and maintain great relationships with all you meet.
As Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for all Night Porters and report into the Restaurant Manager. You will be required to work 40 hours a week on any 5 days out of 7 and will be paid a salary of £26,960 per annum. Gratuities are paid to all members of staff every 2 months, which works around an additional £500 per year.
