Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced New Homes Sales Consultant with knowledge of the Hounslow and Richmond areas. The ideal candidate will be a strong seller with a proven track record in new homes sales and a deep understanding of the local property market.
Responsibilities:
1. Sell new homes to prospective buyers in the Hounslow and Richmond areas.
2. Provide clients with detailed knowledge and insights about the local area.
3. Maintain and develop strong relationships with potential buyers, guiding them through the entire sales process.
4. Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
Compensation:
5. Basic salary up to £34,.
6. Competitive commission structure (OTE £55, - £60,).
Working Hours:
7. Required to work every weekend.
8. Tuesdays and Wednesdays off.
