General Manager
As a General Manager, youll be responsible for inspiring your team to deliver an extraordinary cinema experience. Youll manage and oversee all aspects of running your cinema, from day-to-day operations to financial performance. Assisted by a management team, youll work to deliver Cineworlds KPIs and foster team morale, whilst ensuring everyone works in a safe and clean environment at all times. To succeed, youll need to have previous experience in senior management and the desire to strive for success.

3. Till Operation and cash reconciliation
4. Addressing and resolving customer complaints
5. Recruitment, induction and training
6. Coaching and development
7. Adherence to health and safety legislation
8. Succession planning
9. Monitoring compliance and maintaining standards
10. Performance management
11. Operational management
12. Budgetary management
13. Monitoring competitor activity and business trends
14. Managing shrinkage, wastage and margins
15. Building internal and external business relationships
