About the role
As a Database and Digital Development Officer, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to become the go-to ‘super user’ of our clients key databases and help them to increase their digital abilities by developing MS Office apps, SharePoint etc and your key duties will include:
4. Optimising all key databases and actively engaging with users, providing relevant support
5. Developing and expanding the use of Office 365 apps
6. Helping to provide organisational reporting
About you
The role of Database and Digital Development Officer requires you to have a satisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) and you must be / have:
7. Experience of operating in a modern digital workplace, including using digital tools to work collaboratively and productively
8. Proven database management skills, e.g., use of Access including Excel, Word
9. Up to date working knowledge of Office 365 and of Data analysis and developing/managing databases
10. Be able to extract, analyse, interpret and present data
11. Prioritise and meet tight deadlines
12. Have a commitment to developing the business
13. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
14. Minimum of 5 GCSE passes at Grade C or above or equivalent, including Maths and English
